MIRA SIGNS EXCLUSIVE DEAL WITH SANYO-VERBATIM CD COMPANY

Saint Louis, Missouri, March 30, 1995 - Jim McKelvey, President of MIRA Computer Imaging Systems, the major CD-ROM publisher for trade shows, is extremely satisfied with the exceptional service his firm has received from Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company. He's so pleased with the service that he has contracted Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company as his sole source of CD-ROMs. "We chose them because of their consistent performance and because they offer many competitive advantages for us. Their people are incredibly accommodating and we're treated as "family," McKelvey remarks.

Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company will be replicating all of the CD-ROMs that MIRA publishes. According to McKelvey, "Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company will have their name and telephone number printed on the CDs and usually on the packaging for all the trade shows. "We're proud to have Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company's name associated with ours." Recently, Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company's name was featured on every CD-ROM appearing at MIRA's last project, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention - Convention and Exhibitors Guide.

Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company prides itself on making the difference for its customers when they're in need. Unfortunately, no matter how much you plan to avoid crisis situations, they're going to occur from time to time through no fault of your own. During occasions like these it's important to have the support of a firm like Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company behind you. They were able to make the difference for MIRA when their computers got infected by a computer virus. McKelvey describes the situation, "Our company got hit by a virus that wiped out three weeks of work. We worked furiously to rebuild our lost data, but that set our production schedule back by four days on a very tight project." Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company allocated resources to assist MIRA at this critical juncture, and by doing so, facilitated MIRA's meeting their deadline commitments. "Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company turned it around for us and allowed us to deliver on time and on-schedule!"

In this business there are always time constraints that have to be honored. One of the ways in which Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company assists clients in their needs is by offering full in-house mastering. So, if there is an unforeseen problem regarding mastering, a customer can immediately address the issue with Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company with a minimum of delay. McKelvey comments, "This is important because in an emergency situation where we have to get a disk out, they control more of the process than their competition. As a result, Sanyo-Verbatim CD Company can fix it without spending a couple of days shipping masters back and forth."

MIRA Computer Image Systems was founded in 1990 and is managed by Jim McKelvey, its President and Co-Founder. MIRA is based from Saint Louis, Missouri. Concludes McKelvey, "Our goal for the future is to make the handing out of paper at large gatherings obsolete. We don't want anyone to have to bring home a bag of stuff each time they attend a convention."
